Was reading through another site today, and found these two little gems of wisdom, so thought I'd share them with y'all...

If a certain situation is over, then let it be over.
Stop hitting replay in your memory.
It's time to eject that disc and move on to something new.
If nothing else, at least notice how many times you think about it today.
